It’s very hard to just stop an addictive behavior like emotional eating. You can replace it, but rarely can you simply quit it altogether.
It’s hard to solve our problems.
For one, they’re not so easy to see. The symptoms are easy enough but the roots aren’t.
Second, they take an enormous amount of work if we do it properly.
The good news is that almost all of our problems have thats same root, so working on one will help all the others.
With this site I hope to try to give out some helpful information on one way to do that. I’m just a normal guy who has gone through a lot of this, lost a lot of weight and is still pushing through the process.
